Our boxing club is the opposite of intimidating; first time and experienced boxers being coached alongside each other in a friendly, ego-free environment.
With 3 of the best coaches, emphasis is on sound technique with varied footwork, striking and defence drills.

This class teaches Olympic lifting and gymnastics movements with an emphasis on correct technique.
These are mixed with a wide array of additional resistance and bodyweight movements, to create training sessions of varying formats, durations, and intensities.
These sessions are coached by Sophie and David - we are ever so friendly so please do give it a try!
A gentler version of our Pilates class, 45 minutes focusing on mobility for entry level or older participants.
A dedicated class for those on the Grass Roots Barbell Membership, available to year 9, 10 & 11 students (ages 14+).
For those who want to lift barbells and train with a group of like-minded people, this is for you!
The barbell disciplines such as squat, deadlift and bench press (among others), are taught, coached, and signed off by one of our instructors, in addition to ongoing support, spotting technique, continual form checking and safe coaching cues as you develop your skills.
A compulsory gym induction for those wanting to join onto our Grass Roots Membership, available to year 9, 10 & 11 students (ages 14+).
We will teach you correct use of the weight machines, good gym etiquette and responsible gym use including tidiness and courtesy to fellow gym members.

A ladies only class based on resistance training.

Low impact body conditioning offers all these benefits in a fun and motivational 60-minute package, suitable for all abilities.

It incorporates a variety of Latin-inspired dance moves and music to promote a healthy heart, a healthy dose of aerobic activity, and a fun, exciting way to build and tone muscle, improve cardio, promote flexibility, and decrease stress.
