Postnatal yoga (mums & babies)*

Trudi Dawson is an RYT300hrs yoga teacher specialising in Pregnancy, Postnatal and Women's Pelvic Floor restore yoga. She is also a doula with Doula UK and FEDANT-approved Antenatal Teacher, with over 13 years experience of supporting women during and after childbirth. Her Postnatal Yoga course aids recovery after birth, helps to ease off 'mum aches' (tight shoulders from night feeds, neck tension and back ache) along with deep relaxation to help you be the strongest mum you can be. Trudi's class also aids recovery of Pelvic Floor function and issues such as Diastasis Recti. Babies are made very welcome to join the class whilst you do yoga, up to walking.
