Monday

Slow Flow Yoga

A restorative, slow-paced style of yoga with a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body; the hips, pelvis, inner thighs and lower spine. The longer poses in Yin Yoga are designed to target the connective tissues and will work you in a way that is different to the more active style yoga practices.
